All you have to do is press the "Browse" button to select the image on your PCs harddrive that you want to edit for your phone, e.g. a picture you have taken with a digital camera. Once you have selected the image/graphic from your computers harddisc, click "Load".

Please note that the wallpaper-editor can process images in JPEG, GIF and PNG format with a minimum size of 150x150 pixels and a maximum size of 3000x3000 pixels.
